At PTC Collectibles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your customer account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all collectible tags and protective materials are included to maintain item value.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
